Returns & Refunds
We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery. After that, we’re not able to process refunds or exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition, including packaging. If the packaging seal has been broken, we won’t be able to issue a refund.
Please note—refunds will not be granted if the shipping address was entered incorrectly at the time of purchase. We ship to the exact address provided at checkout, so it’s important to double-check those details before placing your order.
Some items are non-returnable, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Any product that has been opened or is not in its original packaging

A couple quick things to keep in mind—please don’t send items back to the manufacturer, and make sure to include proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping will be deducted from the total. For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or adding insurance, just to be safe—we can’t guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to let you know if it’s been approved. If it is, your refund will be processed and applied to your original form of payment within a few business days.
Stolen Packages:
If a package is marked as delivered but goes missing, we’re not able to replace it. In that case, you’ll need to contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. If you need to reorder, reach out—we’re happy to offer a discounted rate to help out.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t seen your refund yet, start by checking your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, followed by your bank—it can take a little time before refunds are officially posted.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are final sale.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If that’s the case, email us at support@voicestraw.com to get started, and send your item to the address listed above.
Gifts
If your item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the return is processed. If it wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go back to the original purchaser.
